Police received a call
Around 7pm Wednesday November 8th on the city’s east side regarding a noise complaint. Once police arrived they say they heard a dog barking. The dog was barking and houling almost hysterically says Marshall police officer. Maintenance was advised to open apartments door where they found the 29 year old women.
Police are still investing the scene no arrest have been made.
