Former student at V H Hexter Elementary in Dallas Texas found recently in East Dallas homeless camp near Samuel Blvd. He is in Parkland hospital at the moment being examined by mental health professionals. He proclaims to be the illigitiment daughter of a Russian Czar. There's a slight issue with his story. Well not slight in fact the Doctors descrided his male parts as that of a large farm animal. Clearly he isn't the daughter of anyone Czar Russian or otherwise. Possibly the son of Mr. Ed. He doesn't remember his name but claims to have intimently known a Shelley Neal as a young person. We wont go into any detail. Then there's Sarah Todd. Nuff said. Does anyone in the Dallas area recognize this, um, person?
