A Oswego angler defies all logic with his catch. This fisherman who asked to be referred to as the “Master Baiter” has done the unimaginable. While fishing a small feeder creek off the Fox river this angler had a catch of a lifetime. Using a small homemade spinner he hooked up with what he thought was a possible record setting smallmouth, and was he ever wrong. After landing the fish he was completely shocked at what was at the end of his line. It turns out he had reeled in a true oddity. He somehow pulled a large salmon from a creek that should not even be home to such a fish.
