Local man catches the elusive “Busse Beast”

The Chicago fishing community was shocked when a local fisherman who goes by “Mobi Dink” landed the catch of a lifetime. Dink stated that he was fishing for stocked rainbow trout when he saw a big swirl and cast his 2 Mepps black fury with a shartruse blade towards the underwater commotion. “I immediately set the hook after feeling the fish for 10 seconds...I knew right away it had to be the Busse Busse of local legend because of the fish’s unbelievable power. “I’m just lucky my reel was set to the lowest drag setting possible or it would have been game over” , said Dink. Illinois fishery biologists confirmed the beast was a female chinook salmon. “We may have accidentally stocked the fish years ago or it made its way to Busse Woods through an elaborate maze of small creeks. The Busse Beast could only have survived by adapting its diet to eating small possums or other mammals like stray cats.” said Illinois chief biologist. Is it the infamous Busse Beast? Mobi Dink thinks so, but others are more skeptical. Another local known as Joey jerkbaits stated “Everyone knows the Busse Beast is a big pike and Dink has a problem with those.”, which was confirmed by several other sources. Busses beast or not?
