Aveda Corp. Owned by Estee Lauder Company Headquartered in Minneapolis is set to be first of the cosmetic giants to adopt a reusable lift tube. The reusable tube invented by Chicago native Ron Jimdar is the first of its kind. Aveda will be able to promote sustainability by offering a refill pack composed of biodegradable film. The pack is simply added into the tube.
"The reusable tube dispenses all of the lotion by way of a tab. Moreover we are very excited to roll out our first product once everything is signed" Barbara De Laire Vice President of Operations states.
This sustainable packaging innovation is a game changer and we certainly will follow developments during the up coming months.
