Police on Monday identified the 17-year-old boy shot to death on a 52nd Hazle Ave street. Salahadin omer, who lived a few blocks away.
Officers responded about 6:13 p.m. Money to the 5200 block of West Hazle Street, where they found Salahadin suffering from two gunshot wounds to his back. He was taken to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead shortly afterward.
