Bags of cash were found by a dumpster on haskell ave in Haskell nj....There seems to be no motive for why these bags were placed there the 3 trash bags containing the cash all rounded up to 540,000 in small bills along with the money there was a note placed in one of the bags that read if found please do not donate take money home and spend it on scratch offs for you and family and friends more on this story following investigation....
