SRC Installs Whispering Pines Highway Reflector

In response to resident safety concerns regarding further development and increased traffic in Whispering Pines subdivisions, SRC officials have installed one highway reflector on Whispering Pines Boulevard.
A ribbon cutting ceremony was conducted in 20 December to celebrate the grand opening of the reflector. “This one reflector will go a long way in ensuring the safety of all those that live on the road as well as those that cut through here going 25 mph over the speed limit to get to highway’s 87 and 399” said one county official. He also reiterated that “the $13.75 the county spent will not show up on Navarre resident property taxes until next year.”
Several other reflectors are being considered in other traffic prone areas of Navarre. “We up in Milton hear you concerns and we are here to answer them.”
The ribbon cutting ceremony ended after several hours of champagne toasts to each other and much caviar’ consumption.
