In multiple countries including France, Germany, Italy and Pakistan fidget spinners have been banned due to 56 total deaths in the countries combined. In Italy a little boy (age 7) from Venice tragically died from jumping in a canal and drowning after his fidget spinner fell into the canal. Another death was in Germany when Claudia Muller (age 9) was spinning the fidget spinner and the bearing became lose and shot up in her mouth, she choked and died in just 2 tragic minutes.
