Rowan University student, Matthew Vesely, was arrested at his house this morning after seeing fellow student, Mackenzie Trush, walking her chihuahua, Taco. Vesely, stating he "automatically fell in love," pushed aside Trush and stole the dog. The incident was reported and police were sent to arrest Vesely in his home. He was found giving the dog an abundance of treats.
