False investigation forces IRS to refund adequate amount of money back to Lavonte Fuller

In June of 2016 Lavonte Fuller’s assets were frozen and 273k cash was held by the IRS claiming tax evasion after he made several high priced cash purchases on two real estate properties and 2015 Corvertte Z06 and couple months later a 2016 BMW I8. They also confiscated a video of him dumping over 70k cash funds on a table, but today March. 22th the U.S. district courts were forced to release the funds and pay interest to Mr.Fuller's for all his funds were allocated.
His attorney says a lawsuit will follow for Mr. Fuller's could of made more of a profit off his funds then the interest that is being paid and second suite for defamation of character and his lawyer fees. He will receive 273k today in total.
