After attending Bar Method for over 2 years, Sarah Meets realized she could no longer sexually satisfy her husband. “It was the oddest thing, here I was in the best shape ever but physically my body’s muscles where working against my husbands anatomy”.
After visiting 3 doctors and having multiple scans, the diagnosis was an over use of her gluteus maximus. She then realized that the techniques used in her Bar Method class were causing her muscles to grow incorrectly. “The good news is that I had a hip injury right before attending Bar Method, and the before and after pictures clearly show that the muscles are now forming incorrectly. I just don’t want this to happen to other women.”
Over 30 women have contacted Sarah and joined in the lawsuit. Bar Method has yet to comment.
