One police officer by the name of Bryan smith walk tward a young 14 year old boy and ask him why do you keep falling the young boy says because i cant stop tripping so the police officer assumed he was drunk and told the kid to put your hands behind your back the child questions the officer so the officer hits the boy with his gun the officer said now i can defend myself because you broke away the officer shot at the boys feet and the boy pulled out a gun and started shooting back
