Stevie Houston from Richlands was sitting outside a local store last nite sneaking a nightly nap while on his route when he said he dreamed about winning the lottery. He said he awoke and rushed into the store and purchased a scratch off ticket. Upon scratching it off he discovered it was worth $400 Million Dollars
