One of the greatest female soccer players ever known is dead. Hanna Ljungberg a player of 72 goals in 130 apps for Sweden. Was found unresponsive with her face down in the streets of her home town Umea. Authorities say that no bad scheme seems to have happened. Hanna Ljungberg most likely fell victim to a stroke. An autopsy will still take place to remove all uncertainties. Hanna Ljungberg who debuted for Sweden in 1996 scoring a hattrick against Spain age 17, was they key player of the the team that was silver medalist on the 2003 FIFA women's world cup. Back in the 2000's she was the star of the Sweden women national team and her club team Umea IK. where she won two times the UEFA women's cup with and 6 times the national championship. Hanna Ljungberg once scored 39 goals in one season what is still a record. Hanna Ljungberg was only 39 years of age when she died.
