In an unsurprising move over the Memorial Day weekend, President Donald Trump announced the appointment of Pennywise the Clown to lead both the Head Start and school lunches program.
"Pennywise has extensive experience feeding [on] children," said Trump, while looking extremely proud of himself. "and as part of my promise to drain the swamp, I think that Pennywise is an exceptional fit for government service. He told me himself that nobody knows drains better than him. Nobody."
When asked about the potential changes to the school lunches program, Trump remained elusive on the facts. "All I can tell you is that Pennywise has a plan, and that school children are delicious."
When pressed for further comments, Trump ignored the reporter, and returned to planning the biblical end times with his cabinet.
