Apalachin Man Loses use of ROTOTILLER

An Apalachin man, Chris Bennett, was told by the Owego Town Justice, that he is NOT allowed to operate a rototiller. This, after Mr. Bennett destroyed a neighbors fence.
It all happened May 26th, when Mr. Bennett was preparing his ground for a garden. Apparently he got too close to a neighbors fence and got his rototiller tines wrapped up in the fence, destroying the fence. Mr. Bennett stated that he works for NYSEG and destroys fences all the time, but would repair the newly damaged fence. An Owego justice reviewed his story and determined that he was prone to damaging fences, and told him that he will NEVER use a rototiller again. The judge said, "if you have more tilling to do, hire a professional!"
Mr. Bennett said that he would comply with the ruling but said that he thinks it is unfair.
