A 22 year old man has been confirmed dead by the metropolitan police after a disturbance in Peckham, South London. Lee Mendez of Armoury Road, Lewisham was involved in the disturbance and was fatally stabbed on Old Kent Road at around 16:37on the 27th of April the metropolitan police has stated.
Sargent Stephen Blake from Peckham police station is appealing for witnesses who may witnessed the incident.
"Lee Mendez who previously moved from Newcastle returned to London for simply a fresh start but has now sadly lost his life in the result of his return" Sargent Blake Quoted.
