Last night around 12:30 witnesses say they saw two cars pulled over on I-55 (Southbound) the older male Michael Davis exited his car and shot the teenager (Freddie Mayes) who was involved and also exited his vehicle in the road rage incident. Arrest has been made, and Mayes was pronounced dead around 8:15 a.m.
