What was first spotted in the Southwest portions of the United States has now spread to central Missouri. A farmer and experienced hunter, was taken by surprise one Saturday morning when his 5 Beagles got hot on the trail of what he surmised was just another rabbit. In just under a minute, 3 were wounded and two were running away in fear of their lives! "I never seen anything like it, that critter was standing his ground and fending off his attackers like a buck in rut". All of them will make a full recovery, but he goes further to state that "These things MUST be stopped"!
