Investigators said Friday they caught Brian Mafuz trying to sell a kilo of cocaine for $36,000 outside of the 55 West high rise in downtown Orlando.
Investigators said police got a tip from an unidentified confidential informant that Mafuz was dealing drugs, his plea agreement states.
