35 yr old Chicago native Jimmy L. Riggins has been charged with aggravated assault because he tore a 32 yr old women's (name not being released yet) guts up while having consensual sex with an elongated 12" penis! Judge Andrew Pittman set bail at $250,000 and ordered Mr. Riggins not to have anymore SEX! Jimmy has posted bail and is due back in court on Sept. 23rd. Detectives are still investigating to see if there are any more victims. No further information is available at this time.
