The Cleveland Police Department arrested a man shortly after a woman was rushed to the hospital unresponsive after having her “soul snatched”. We had the chance to talk to the suspected man and these was his exact words “Well, she said she heard what my tongue can do, and proceeded to ask “What that mouth do”! “So I rubbed my hands like birdman, went back to her spot and laid it down on her. Wasn’t my fault she unleashed the tongue beast”! After speaking to the man our reporter said she wanted next. Coverage continues tonight at 10pm
