This teen, known as "Duggy" "Rojo" and "Tooly" in the Oklahoma, Tusla area, killed 3 individuals on the corner of S Peoria Ave and E 21st St. His name has not been released by the Police Department but has been identified by onlookers. The reasoning he gave Officer Dunwoody was that the "f*** n***** didnt want real smoke". He is now being held with $75,000 Bond. Court hearing date has not been announced.
