The teen above, who police have identified as David Williams, also known as "Tooly" by onlookers and locals, shot and killed 2 individuals late night on August 31. The incident occurred on the corner of S Peoria Ave and E 21st St. The Two men who followed David back to his car around 9:00 PM according to security footage, have not been identified yet. The two men then proceeded to attack David. He fights both of them of simultaneously, heads back to his car, and shoots each of them twice in the chest and once in the head. He then leaves the scene as if nothing happened. Police apprehended David after bodies were found early this morning. The incident has not been ruled Self Defesnse nor Homicide. David is now being held in Tulsa County Jail.
