The 16 year old was found at 12:43 am claiming she was trying to find her way home: “I just want my mommy”. She was then takin to the Urbana mental faculty and is being provided momentarily. She will return September 20th but will have to have some of the facility member with her to make sure she will not bring any harm to the Urbana students.
