Suspect Nolan Holland, is being accused of spreading ligma in the small city of Cedartown, Georgia. On Friday afternoon an elderly woman called the police after she apparently saw “a young man on his golf cart spraying some sort of liquid.” When the police arrived they decided to hold Nolan as a suspect as they investigate on this mysterious disease they are treating as ligma.
