A woman suspected of arranging the death of a romantic rival was added to the FBI’s list of 10 most wanted fugitives this week, becoming the ninth woman to be added to the criminal lineup since 1950.
Unlike others who have earned this anti-honor, such as 9/11 attacker Osama bin Laden and Boston mob boss James E. "Whitey" Bulger, she is suspected in the death of only one person.
Angelique Stanford, a 26-year-old female from Philadelphia, is accused of hiring two people to kill pediatric Dr. Kendra Hatcher, whose body was found in the parking garage of her apartment last September.
