Local Redident only known as Richard C was doing some gardening when to his dismay he found fingers sticking through the Tulips. Upon further investigation the fingers were attached to hands, which were attached to a wrist, which were attached to arms, which were attached to shoulders. Once completely uncovered it was a surprise finding an entire individual burried in the Tulips. Mr. C States that he has no idea how an individual could be burried in his yard without him knowing. It obviously had not been there long because the composition was still there in other words there was no decomposition of the individual or smells at all. In fact, it only smelled like the Tulips. There was only one distinguishing feature on the individual, a tattoo of a pelican eating a snake with an apple in its mouth and the words, "only the strong survive" on the left forearm of the burried individual. There will be an update once additional information is found.
