Police responded to a call at exacly 8:21 pm tonight as a teenager was reported to be in a bad state at asda in fleetwood. Police arrived on scene at 8:34pm to find a 16 year old josh lawson chewing a curb and was believed to be under the influence of a drug known as spice.
