A Small white KIA with a 2010 plate has been spotted around the area of Port Talbot, Sandfields to be exact, that has an invalid tax payment under the owners name. Whiteness say that a young male with ginger hair has been seen in it lurking around the area. We have a name Harley Griffiths but we do not want to point names just yet. If you spot this car please let us know because there could be a fine up to £5000 and a 2 year prison sentence
