Witnesses say Sydney was walking along Phelps Lane with her mother and a black Chevy Tahoe drove by and an unidentified man shot her multiple times in her torso, killing her in broad daylight. Her last known words are “Can I hit the joint, Mom?!”. Authorities are still searching for the suspect, updates will be posted.
