A new study conducted by scientists in the prestigious Swedish university Lund has conducted a double blind study and found that women named Linda as their first name, lived up to 5 years longer and were 10.2 more successful than women named other first names.
"This is a significant find" says Professor Äke Johansson, and backs up our previous believes that some women are prone to live longer and be more successful, we have just not been able to find out why before.
We have known from other studies, that some traits can results in more wealth or happiness, but that a first name could result in a longer and better live, has taken us completely by surprise.
Professor Johansson further explains that women which first names did not end with the letter a, seems to not only live shorter and be less successful, but seemingly are less well-liked. This needs however more scrutinization before we can make a final conclusion.
The scientists has followed 5.000.000 women in the western part of the world, but are currently seeking funds to span their studies to make it world wide.
