Rowan University students in Glassboro, NJ are being charged $500 per school year for parking passes. Those who cannot afford these outrageously priced passes, tested their faith and parked anyway. Up to 65 students were towed to local auto shops, and they were fined up to $3,500 in tickets. These 65 students as well as hundreds of others are protesting these high parking pass prices by going on strike. Hundreds of classrooms stand empty until the Dean of the college chooses to address this issue.
