The Duffer Brothers have just announced that Stranger Things will no longer be continued after season 3.
In an interview, The Duffer Brothers explain how the show does not need to be continued after season 3. They also explain how the plot of the show ends in this season. They give us some spoilers for season 3 — Will and Eleven will die. They don’t explain how Will dies but give us hints on how Eleven dies. We think she will die fighting the shadow monster.
The cast of Stranger Things have not yet said anything about the discontinuation of the show after its 3rd season. Later on in the interview, The Duffer Brothers also inform us that the show has been getting low ratings and lots of hate and that that had also influenced the discontinuation of the show.
We are sad to see this show go!
