Citing a lack of concrete evidence in reference to the harmful affects of vaping, the Federal Food and Drug Enforcement agency has been forced to drop their case against Juul Labs. The case could however be brought up if their is a change in knowledge. Following an influx of cash stemming from an investment from Altria (MO) Juul was also able to concretely prove that they had made no purposeful efforts to sell to minors, and had done enough to try to prevent the sales. This news is likely to improve Juul Labs already steep 2 billion dollar evaluation. For now at least, the teen vaping epidemic will rage on.
