A man in his 60,s has appearred before Ennis District court charged with 32 counts of indecent sexual assault against the local bird and fowl population at the bank place post office field area of Ennis Co. Clare.. Dave Quin of caherdavin Co. Limerick is charged with indecent exposure and attempted rape of 6 swans 14 geese and an untold count of ducks male/female...gardai and onlookers faced a baffling scene of the man in question covered in feathers strangling a Swan in his final act of depravity.. Gardai and the West regional armed gardai responded to the scene in minutes of the frenzy... The accused received cpr and was airlifted to Cork University hospital where on arrival doctors removed 4 duck carcasses from his groin area... Clare fm has confirmed the man is in a stable condition.. Judge Gérard key has Implaced a court order of the accused to stand trial in Ennis District court
