43yr Old Hassan Bey was released from jail early this morning after jail authorities made several attempts to get Mr. Bey to give his fingerprints! Mr. Bey refused to willing give his finger prints stating, "I have the right to refuse"! Mr. Bey also said, it is violation to force me to give my finger prints if i have yet to see a judge, stating that once you give your finger prints and sign their documents, you admitted to guilt, now one must prove their innocence! Mr. Bey Was released and is now a free man!
