America's largest car maker has announced that not only will flying cars be available next year, but they will be powered by lithium ion (li-ion) solar batteries. Li-on batteries are extremely efficient as they can store energy for long periods of time. These new vehicles will not use fossil fuels. The only downside to the li-on batteries are that they can be volatile and will not work on cloudy days. So, plan your trips accordingly.
