A young black male named Isaac Patton, of winona Ontario was charged and arrested on scene this weekend at Winona’s very own (Peach Festival). Patton went very early to the festival and was being a little weird said Susan a local winona volunteer. Reporters say he was offering kids to come with him for some “homemade peach Sunday’s”. Patton was charged.
