Rowan University, located in Glassboro New Jersey, a small Philadelphia suburb, announced this morning that in an effort to continue the university's expansion they will be purchasing the town of Glassboro. In a statement a top administrator told press "Our goal is to absorb the town into our university community. It has been a long considered idea and we have decided there is no better time to pursue this purchase than now."
