Early in the morning this past Friday, tons of dogs were seen running carelessly down the road. Causing almost 6 accidents, people began to wonder where on earth these dogs were coming from. After later investigation it was found that 21 year old Tala Winter broke into the local shelter earlier that morning and opened the cages for the dogs. Soon after, she released them into the street yelling "Be Free!" When asked by the police why she did this she replied three simple words, "Free the pups!" following with a stern fist in the air. She is now being charged with breaking and entering.
