House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has stated she has enough votes to pass the articles of impeachment. Or does she? Why is she stalling. Many Democrats are voicing concerns that there has not been any factual evidence of a crime and still other representatives are worried that they were elected in the mid term from districts that carried Donald Trump in 2016. President Trump is demanding a vote. So what's up? Over the past several weekends workmen have been in the house chambers performing so called "needed upgrades" to the house electronic voting system. When we asked random members of Congress about the upgrades. All but two members said that they were unaware of any problems with the system. Two Democrat members who wish to remain anonymous said they are certain the Speaker does not have enough votes.
