As of Wednesday March 4th, 2020, four teachers attending Port Richmond High School tested positive for COVID-19 after taking the mandatory staff test. Washington State believes quarantine is not mandatory and the teachers will continue to teach their 1st to 8th period classes.
In order to prevent infection and spread of the Coronavirus, follow the steps below:
• Wash hands with soap and warm water constantly.
• Cover your mouth when coughing and sneezing.
• Use hand sanitizer after touching objects that may have been touched by other people carrying the virus.
• Stay away from highly populated areas.
