A 22 year old man is wanted in connection to sexually assaulting his cat. Thomas Portaluri, is a well known thug and is involved in a low risk gang named ‘Certified 4’. Police have put a search out for him, after a call came this morning claiming that they saw him raping his cat. A reward of £20 is awarded to anyone who has information that leads to Thomas’ arrest.
