A local Attleboro,Ma man known as Joan Rovers is pressing charges against a 15 year old boy for allegedly stealing his rare breeded turtle. The boy identified as 15 year old Benjamin Gentili was on his morning bike ride when he passed the Rovers property and supposedly stole the turtle. Rovers turtle was a rare line of painted turtles and was expected to breed shortly in order to raise the populations. Police say that Joan Rovers has pressed an account of robbery and second degree trespassing on Mr.Gentili. On a recent interiew Mr.Rovers claimed " That was a special turtle. Very young and had much potential until unfortunate actions took place." No further identification or information has been released by Attleboro Police Department or Mansfield Public Police Department.
