CLEVELAND, OH- Late Wednesday afternoon Cleveland Teen, Charlie Schneier was spotted by security guards near the penitentiary’s side gate. When approached the teen bolted into the nearby forest. It was later noted that the teen broke into the facility just to break out as a dare on his Tik Tok channel.
