Earlier this morning Stillwater kid, Noah Lucksinger, was arrested. He entered a Target without a mask on and was told to leave. After he refused and wanted to get his items and leave, the employees called the cops and Noah was arrested. Noah parents were outraged and Noah was let free at around 1:30 this afternoon
