17 teen year old Victor Nicholas Lemus was outside of his house skating on August 12 exactly at 6:40.
It was a normal day for him his parents explain but his day would soon come to a end when a drunk driver swerved onto the sidewalk and hit the young skater. The driver knowing he had hit someone then drove off after the accident and neighbors rushed to tend the young boy clinging for his dear life. Paramedics then came but weren’t able to save the boys life.
