Harry Rodriguez (16) becomes the youngest player to play for the first team at New York Red Bull’s with a 25 thousand dollar contract. Rodriguez always had a talent for the sport but it wasn’t until the college showcase last weekend that he demonstrated it to the scouts. When asked about how he feels about the opportunity he said. “It’s a dream come true for me and it’s something I’ve worked hard for”, “I would like to thank my team mates and coaches who showed constant support and made me the player I am today.” Rodriguez played for Evolution S.C. and played varsity for his high school team in Union City, New Jersey. Rodriguez is expected to start his training in the next weeks and is definitely one to keep an eye on for the future.
